The project manager is the most significant key task to bring a project to completion, on time and within budget as close as possible. To be a successful project manager, you must be able to manage time of all the resources involved in your projects.   1. Set the realistic expectations

Everyone needs a full understanding of the limitations of the project. To finish the task successfully on time and within budget, the expectations need to be reasonable. If the expectations are not within the reason, you will odd it out of your list.

  1. Make a to-do list

In modern day there are a lot of things that can interrupt your concentration on your work. Creating a daily task list for you and your team keeps you focused on achieving your objectives.
